Summary:The present invention relates to a device and a method for controlling a screen of a construction equipment monitor by voice. The voice control device can display desired content on a high visibility screen suitable for each worker and improve work efficiency by detecting a state of construction equipment, collecting equipment state information, displaying the collected equipment state information on at least one of multiple monitors, recognizing input voice information when a worker inputs the voice information for controlling a screen of the monitor, analyzing the recognized voice information, identifying the monitor designated by the worker, and moving the screen, which displays the collected equipment state information, to the identified monitor to display the screen on the identified monitor.
