Summary: | The present invention provides a high strength steel sheet for home appliances with superior anti-fluting properties and a manufacturing method thereof which comprises 0.02-0.03 wt% of C, 0.1-1.5 wt% of Si, 0.5-3.0 wt% of Mn, 0.001-0.1 wt% of P, 0.001-0.03 wt% of S, 0.01-1.5 wt% of Al, equal to or less than 0.03 wt% (excluding 0 wt%) of Ti, equal to or less than 0.05 wt% (excluding 0 wt%) of Nb, equal to or less than 1.0 wt% (excluding 0 wt%) of Cr, equal to or less than 0.3 wt% (excluding 0 wt%) of Mo, 0.001-0.03 wt% of N, equal to or less than 0.002 wt% (excluding 0 wt%) of B, 0.005-0.05 wt% of Sb, a remainder of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the microstructure comprises 2-30% of martensite by volume fraction, and a remainder of ferrite. According to the present invention, a high-strength steel sheet can substitute for a low-strength steel sheet to reduce the thickness and can simplify a process since no need to apply a special skin pass to prevent from fluting. |
