The present invention relates to a waterproof antenna device for electronic device. The waterproof antenna device includes: a hollow metal bushing having one end fixed to allow a bushing fixing part formed at a case frame of the electronic device to be sealed; a hollow protective tube having a predetermined length installed to be sealed with the other end of the bushing; an antenna body penetrating the protective tube, the metal busing, and the bushing fixing part to be retracted to the outside of the electronic device; a sealing cap sealing the end part of the protective tube after the antenna body is mounted; and a sealing member interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the bushing and the inner peripheral surface of the bushing fixing part to prevent the entry of water. The waterproof of an antenna device is completely implemented only with a simple assembly structure of a bushing, a tube, and a sealing cap. This contributes to the slimness of an electronic device and improves radiation characteristics according to the length extension of an antenna device. Therefore, the reliability of the electronic device may be improved.
