According to the present invention, a convex part, formed in a print pattern of an oriented film of a printing plate of flexographic printing, is prevented from being missed during a cleaning process. A linear bank (22) is formed close to a first side of the print pattern of the oriented film (20) from which the cleaning process is initiated. The bank (22) prevents the convex part (21) inside the print pattern of the oriented film (20) from being missed during the cleaning process. The convex part (21) of the print pattern of the oriented film (20) is formed in the shape of a mattress to contain an oriented film solution. A diameter of the convex part (21) in a peripheral side is smaller than a diameter of the convex part (21) in the center; and a space (23) is formed between the convex part (21) in the peripheral side and the bank (22) to reduce irregularity of thickness of the oriented film caused by the existence of the bank (22).
