The present invention relates to a control valve having multiple valve parts in series which is capable of operating a valve body stably, and securing the flux of a working fluid flowed in an axis of the valve body. According to the present invention, an expansion valve (1) comprises: a body (2) having a valve hole (18) inside an opened mounting hole (32) in one side; a guide hole (23) in the form of a coaxial with the valve hole (18) having a distributing path for distributing a refrigerant within the body (2); a guide member (36) having a valve hole (22) in the form of a coaxial in the opposite side of the valve hole (18) of the guide hole (23); a valve body (38) arranged between the valve hole (18) and the guide member (36) to open or close a first valve part by being in contact with the valve hole (18); a valve body (44) having a shaft part (46) inserted into the guide hole (23) to be able to slide, connected to the valve body (38) in one end, and for opening or closing a second valve part by being in contact with the valve hole (22) in the other end; and a self aligning device for allowing self aligning operation of the valve body (38) when the valve body (38) is mounted on a valve seat (34) prepared in the end of the opening of the valve hole (18).
