Summary:Provided is a media transmitting apparatus which comprises: a communication unit which receives a request signal requesting media from TV equipment; an information collecting unit which collects information of a wireless resource which is allocated to the media transmitting apparatus from a wireless access point device which is wirelessly connected with multiple devices; a transmission type determining unit which determines the transmission type of media data based on information of the received wireless resource; and a media data converting unit which converts original media data of the requested media into media data which corresponds to the determined transmission type, wherein the communication unit transmits the converted media data to the TV equipment.
