The present invention relates to a thermoplastic cellulose derivative composition, fiber manufactured using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a thermoplastic cellulose derivative composition which enables melt-spinning without the use of an organic solvent harmful to environments and human bodies, prevents hydrolysis by reducing water content, prevents the deterioration of physical properties such as strength by preventing the disconnection of cellulose polymer chains, reduces fumes by suppressing the elution of a plasticizer, improves spinning efficiency by preventing the cutting of yarn, and enables high speed spinning.
