Summary:The present invention relates to an organic electro-luminescent light emitting device and a method of fabricating the same. The disclosed invention includes: a switching thin film transistor and a driving thin film transistor formed in pixel areas on a substrate; a planarization film formed on the substrate including the switching thin film transistor and the driving thin film transistor and including a moisture interrupting part in a non-display area of the substrate; a first electrode formed on the planarization film and connected to a drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor; a bank formed in peripheries of the pixel areas of the substrate including the first electrode and the non-display area; organic light emitting layers formed on the first electrode for the pixel areas to be separated from each other; a second electrode formed on a front surface of the substrate including the organic light emitting layers; a first passivation film formed on a front surface of the substrate including the second electrode; an organic film formed on the first passivation film; a second passivation film formed on the organic film and the first passivation film; a protective film located to face the substrate; and a bonding agent interposed between the substrate and the protective film and forming a panel state by bonding the substrate and the protective film.
