The present invention relates to a transparent display device and, more specifically, to a transparent display device capable of displaying information in a transparent state. The present invention provides the transparent display device which comprises: a transparent display unit for displaying information in a transparent state; and a thermochromic coating unit formed on an opposite surface of an information display surface of the transparent display unit to adjust the amount of light incident to the opposite surface of the display surface of the transparent display unit.
