The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an external curved plate for loading a block for a ship, which comprises as follows: a step of placing a support (10) in order to support the bottom of curved plate pieces placed on the top thereof; a step of installing curved plate supporting beams (30) at both sides of the support (10) in order to prevent the curved plate pieces (20) from dropping; a step of placing the curved plate pieces (20) on the support (10); a step of connecting each end of the curved plate pieces (20) placed on the support (10) in order to regulate gaps between the curved plate pieces; a step of regulating the height of connection parts between the connected curved plate pieces (20) and then performing tack welding; and a step of performing welding work on the connection part of the curved plate pieces (20) completed with tack welding and finishing the external curved plate (40). Therefore, the manufacturing method for an external curved plate for loading a block for a ship can improve work efficiency by rapidly and smoothly proceeding the consecutive manufacturing steps for an external curved plate, and can improve safety including safety accident prevention by preparing for safety accidents of a worker through the installation of a safety structure.
