The present invention relates to an advertisement providing system using a coupon and a method thereof and, more specifically, to an advertisement providing system using a coupon and a method thereof capable of providing an advertisement by: generating a coupon acquirement event by transmitting an advertisement/coupon provision notification signal to users who exist in a predetermined area; and providing a coupon only for users who participate in the coupon acquisition event in the order of application. The present invention to achieve the forementioned purpose includes: a storage unit which stores advertisement information such as contents of advertisement, information of a coupon, the location of a business operator, advertisement time, user information, etc.; a location searching unit which searches the location of a user who exists within a predetermined range based on the location of the business operator who is stored in the storage unit; and an advertisement managing unit which provides an advertisement and a coupon for the user who is seared by the location searching unit.
