Summary:The present invention relates to an adhesive composition including polyol, isocyanate based hardener, solvent, and organic nanoclay and, more specifically, to a nanocomposite adhesive composition and a manufacturing method thereof which comprise 4-18 parts by weight of the isocyanate based hardner based on 100 parts by weight of the polyol and 0.1-15 parts by weight of the organic nanoclay based on 100 parts by weight of nonvolatile composition of the adhesive composition. According to the present invention, the nanocomposite adhesive composition including the organic nanoclay and polyurethane resin composition is provided, thereby the adhesive composition with enhanced weather resistance evaluated by gas-barrier properties of oxygen, water vapor and the likes, hydrolytic stability, heat resistance and the likes, and mechanical properties can be obtained, and a protective film with enhanced physical properties using the same can be provided.
