Summary:Disclosed is a farm product sorting apparatus capable of minimizing the damage to farm products in a process of sorting the farm products, and inspecting the surface to check for defects and measuring the size thereof by taking a picture of the whole surface of the farm product. The farm product sorting apparatus comprises a supply unit for transferring the supplied farm products by type; an aligning unit for protecting the farm products supplied from a quantitative supply unit from being damaged, and aligning and transferring the farm products in series by rotation; a sorting unit for taking a picture of the whole surface of the farm products supplied from the aligning unit by rotation, to measure the surface defect and the size of the farm product and classify the farm product; and a classifying unit for classifying the farm products, which are rated by the sorting unit, by the same classification.
