Summary:The present invention relates to a hair shaping agent and a hair shaping method, and more specifically, to a hair shaping agent and a hair shaping method, whereby the hair is shaped into a wave or straight type. According to the present invention, the hair shaping agent composed of components harmless to the human body, including various kinds of natural components, is provided, thereby minimizing the stimulation and damage to the scalp and hair and supplying moisture and nutrients to the scalp and hair to recover the scalp and hair; shortening the hair shaping time, exhibiting at least the same effect as the conventional hair permanent liquid, and maintaining the three-dimensional elasticity of the shaped waves for a long period of time; and solving side effects, such as a pungent odor of the hair permanent liquid, hair loss, atopic disease, and respiratory or skin contact allergy due to odor, and preventing water pollution due to chemical materials.
