Summary:A cloud service system and method for an industrial complex are provided. A service system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a service server which provides a plurality of companies with a plurality of services; a data collection server which collects company data generated in a specific service providing process through at least one service server; and a data analysis server which compares the collected company data with a reference model to update the reference model. Accordingly, a common service can be provided through a cloud service for a specified community that is an industrial complex, and data generated through the common service can be combined suitably for characteristics by industrial complexes, thereby maximizing service effects.
