Summary:The present invention relates to a method for purifying succinic acid produced in a fermentation process using a strain, and the method of the present invention comprises a step of removing solids of the succinic acid fermentation liquid produced in the fermentation process (step 1); and a step of filtering the succinic acid fermentation liquid in which the solids are removed obtained in step 1 by a reverse osmosis membrane and concentrating remaining succinic acid which could not penetrate the membrane (step 2). According to the present invention, high efficiency and high purity succinic acid can be produced through an economical and simple process without additional usage of organic solvents and a high-cost process such as decompression and heat treatment. 본 발명은 균주를 이용한 발효공정에서 생성된 숙신산을 정제하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법은 발효공정에서 생성된 숙신산 발효액의 고형분을 제거하는 단계(단계 1); 및 상기 단계 1에서 얻은 고형분이 제거된 숙신산 발효액을역삼투막으로 여과하여 막을 투과하지 못하고 잔존하는 숙신산을 농축하는 단계(단계 2)를 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따르면, 추가적인 유기용제의 사용 및 감압, 열처리와 같은 고비용 공정 없이 경제적이면서 간단한 공정을 통하여 고효율, 고순도의 숙신산을 제조할 수 있다.
