Summary: | The present invention relates to an apparatus for diagnosing the abnormality of a servo valve by complexly detecting static characteristics, such as pressure, a leakage amount, a flow rate and the like, of various servo valves. The diagnosis apparatus for static characteristics of a servo valve according to an embodiment of the present invention is an apparatus capable of compatibly diagnosing the static characteristics of various servo valves, and comprises a static characteristic diagnosing unit connected to a target servo valve to operate the servo valve and diagnose the static characteristics; a hydraulic pressure supply unit supplying hydraulic pressure to the servo valve; and an integrated controller unit connected to the static characteristic diagnosing unit and the hydraulic pressure supply unit to control the flow rate and the pressure supplied to the servo valve by converting an input/output signal to be compatible with a plurality of different servo valves, and to receive the static characteristics of the servo valve measured by the static characteristic diagnosing unit. |
