Summary:A skin image generating method for the effect evaluation of cosmetics materials includes the following steps of: obtaining a first cross-polarization image which photographs a skin before applying a cosmetics material; obtaining a second cross-polarization image which photographs the skin after applying the cosmetics material; generating a third image which corresponds to a color difference between the first cross-polarization image and the second cross-polarization image; and generating a fourth image by converting the color of the third image into brightness. Effects including an intensity, a coating uniformity, coverage, and naturalness when applying a cosmetic material can be immediately recognized by showing a skin color difference before and after applying the cosmetics material by converting the skin color difference into an image. The present invention is also able to perform a numerical analysis by using a converted image.
