Summary:The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent device which includes: a first substrate on which a display region with a plurality of pixel regions is defined; a first electrode which is formed on each pixel region; a first bank which overlaps the edge of the first electrode, surrounds each pixel region, and has a first thickness and a first width; a second bank which completely overlaps the first bank on the upper side of the first bank and has a second width which is narrower than the first width; an organic light emitting layer which is formed on the upper sides of the first bank and the first electrode in a region surrounded by the second bank; and a second electrode which is formed on the front of the display region on the upper side of the organic light emitting layer.
