Summary:Provided is an ultrasonic probe current downsized by using a limiter and an inductor. An ultrasonic probe (20) is connected to an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus (101) which diagnoses an object with ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic probe includes a transducer device (Tr) which transmits the ultrasonic waves to the object and receives ultrasonic echo reflected from the object, an inductor (16) which is connected in parallel to the transducer device, and a current limiter (18) which is connected to the inductor and limits a current flowing into the inductor with a preset current level or less.
