A method of performing device-to-device (D2D) communication, a method supporting the same, and a device for the same are provided. A method of a base station for supporting D2D communication in a wireless communication system which supports D2D communication includes: a step of receiving the reception signal intensity for a link between D2D terminals from at least one D2D terminal which received a transmission request signal which is a request signal requesting for D2D communication or signal to noise ratio (SNR) information and D2D link information having at least one information among the information related to the interference due to at least one other D2D terminal which transmitted the transmission request signal; and a step of setting at least one D2D link between D2D terminals based on at least one information among the reception signal intensity for a link between the received D2D terminals or SNR information and the degree of the interference. THe set D2D link information can include information for a D2D terminal pair which perform D2D communication.
