Summary:The present invention relates to a composition for immortalizing a tumor cell including a v-myc or h-TERT gene. By means of the present invention, an h-TERT gene that controls the aging of a cell through v-myc which is a virus oncogene and telomere maintenance is used to separate firstly cultured tumor cells from a tumor tissue so that tumor cells can mass produced. A model shall be produced or a tumor tissue shall be amplified by using the limited number of tumor cells in the tumor tissue in order to test an anticancer agent that is under development, but the small number of tumor cells has difficulty in continuously growing. However, by means of the immortalizing technique of the present invention, tumor cells can be mass amplified and the problem can be solved.
