The present invention relates to a light emitting device and an organic light emitting display device including the same, capable of reducing a driving voltage of the device by reducing the number of heterogeneous junction interfaces through common materials. The light emitting device according to the present invention includes a first electrode and a second electrode which face each other on a substrate; a plurality of stacks which are laminated between the first electrode and the second electrode and emit specific light; and a charge generating layer which is formed between the stacks and is composed of an N-type charge generating layer and a P-type charge generating layer to control charge balance between the stacks. The N-type charge generating layer or the P-type charge generating layer includes the same electron transport material as an electron transport layer of the stack which is adjacent to the N-type charge generating layer among the stacks.
