According to the present invention, a plate is configured to comprise the steps of: activating planarization by removing surface contamination from the surface of the plate which is to form a pattern, to a surface treatment apparatus; performing coating task with an UV paint on the planarized plate and UV coating the surface of the plate; drying the applied UV paint; depositing a protective wrap on the dried painted surface; and forming an engraved pattern, for the dried paint to which the protective wrap is attached, on the surface of the plate.
