Summary:The present invention has a purpose of providing a dredging apparatus automatically remove sand flowed in or deposited at power plant intakes (SLP or CWP) without using a plurality of workers. According to the present invention, a power plant taking in the dredging apparatus comprises: a frame formed in a box type; a pair of rack gears installed parallel to each other on the frame; a feed motor having pinion gears engaging with the rack gear on both sides; a sand pump installed at the feed motor; a transferring tube having one end connected with the sand pump to transfer the sand pumped by the sand pump onto the ground; and a controller connected to the feed motor and the sand pump with a cable to control to drive the feed motor and the sand pump.
