Summary:The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of improving the lifetime of a device and reducing costs by preventing permeation of moisture or oxygen. The organic light emitting display panel of the present invention includes: an organic electroluminescent device including a driving thin film transistor formed on a substrate, a first electrode connected to the driving thin film transistor, an organic light emitting layer formed on the first electrode and a second electrode formed on the organic light emitting layer; a light emitting device substrate including a first and a second protection film formed on the second electrode, the driving thin film transistor, the organic electroluminescent device, and the first and the second protection film; and an encapsulation substrate which is bonded with the light emitting device substrate through an adhesive film. The first protection film is formed with an organic matter having at least one chemical formula written in a [chemical formula 1], in which R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are selected from C6~C40 aromatic groups which are replaced or not replaced independently.
