The packing device includes a first packing unit which includes a first packing member and is installed in a fixed hollow shaft; a second packing unit which includes a second packing member contacting the first packing member and is installed in a rotation hollow shaft; and an abrasion detection unit detecting the abrasion of the first packing member or the second packing member to notify a replacement time of the first packing member or the second packing member.
