The present invention provides a threshing apparatus with which an appropriate automatic opening/closing of a chaff outlet control body can be performed with a small-scale operation mechanism, the occurrence of malfunctioning of the operation mechanism can be avoided with ease, and a repair and maintenance operation can be performed with rapidity. To this end, a mechanical interlocking mechanism (70) is installed on a threshing feed chain (11) side so as to transmit a displacement, directed to change an insertion support gap of a transport guide lever (22) with respect to an endless rotation chain (21), as a displacement which is required for an opening/closing posture conversion of a chaff outlet control body (60). The chaff outlet control body (60) is operated to be converted to an opening posture side when the gap between the transport guide lever (22) and the endless rotation chain (21) widens, and the chaff outlet control body (60) is operated to be converted to a closing posture side when the relative gap between the transport guide lever (22) and the endless rotation chain (21) narrows.
