Disclosed are a real time screen transmitting system, a mobile communication terminal, a set-top box and a real time screen transmitting method. The real time screen transmitting system according to the present invention comprises a mobile communication terminal for capturing an image outputted through a display in the predetermined frequency, encoding the captured image and generating a packet for the encoded image to be transmitted in real time through a network; a set-top box for connecting a communication with the mobile communication terminal based on an internet protocol (IP) address through the network, receiving the packet transmitted by the mobile communication terminal and decoding an image signal based on the received packet; and an image output terminal for receiving the decoded image signal from the set-top box to be outputted as the image, wherein the set-top box adjusts at least either resolution or a frame per second (FPS) of the decoded image signal according to a status of the network or a status of the mobile communication terminal.
