Summary:A fuel cell system of a submarine is disclosed. The fuel cell system of a submarine comprises: a fuel cell module for converting chemical energy, which is generated by oxidizing gas, into electrical energy; a vacuum pump for making a gas exhaust line maintain a state of vacuum to vacuum-suck the gas inside the fuel cell module; a hydrogen gas removal room for collecting the gas sucked by the vacuum pump and for removing hydrogen gas from the collected gas; a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure of exhaust gas inside the fuel cell module; and a control valve for opening and closing the gas exhaust line, which is in between the fuel cell module and the vacuum pump, according to values measured by the pressure sensor.
