Summary:The present invention relates to a battery apparatus provided with two battery modules connecting to each other and at least one cooling plate arranged between two battery modules to cool the battery modules. Here, in the present invention, it is important that a housing surrounding the battery apparatus is provided with a frame structure. At least one cooling plate is formed with two metal layers wherein fluid is connected to a flowing through, and at least one cooling plate strengthens the frame structure by being firmly connected to the frame structure through the end sides of the cooling plate. Thereby, the strong battery apparatus generating a large output of power can be provided.
