The present invention relates to a driving device of a display device. The driving device of a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a reference voltage generating unit for receiving a high potential power voltage, a low potential power voltage which is lower than the high potential power voltage, and an intermediate power voltage having a value between the high potential power voltage and the low potential power voltage and generating a plurality of reference voltages between the high potential power voltage and the low potential power voltage; a gray scale reference voltage generating unit for receiving the reference voltages to be voltage divided and generating a plurality of gray scale reference voltages; and a data driving unit for receiving the gray scale reference voltages, the high potential power voltage and the intermediate power voltage to be used to generate a data voltage.
