Summary: | Disclosed are a display substrate, a method of manufacturing the display substrate, and an electrowetting display panel including the display substrate. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a partition, pixel electrodes, a hydrophobic insulation layer, and a light blocking layer. The partition is formed on the base substrate and divides the base substrate into unit pixel areas. The pixel electrodes are formed on the unit pixel areas. The hydrophobic insulation layer is formed on the partition and the pixel electrodes. The light blocking layer is formed on the hydrophobic insulation layer to be overlapped with the partition. As described above, since the hydrophobic insulation layer is formed after the partition is formed, a treatment process of the hydrophobic insulation layer which is necessary if the partition is formed on the hydrophobic insulation layer can be omitted so that procedures can be simplified and hydrophobicity of the hydrophobic insulation layer can be maintained. |
