Summary: | The present invention relates to a rotor with variable inertia moment, and, more specifically, to a device which is to increase the amount of inertia moment by moving an object inside a rotor away from the rotary shaft of the rotor depending on the rotation of the rotor, wherein the object has a large specific gravity. According to the present invention, a rotor capable of being operated by a small force when initially rotated and capable of applying a rotating force by increasing the value of inertia moment depending on the increase of the rotating speed of the rotor comprises: a central shaft interlocked with a driving motor; a rotary ring interlocked with the central shaft by being coupled to the top of the central shaft, and having a first storage part, a second storage part, a support, a ring part, and a central part; and a generator coupled to the bottom of the central shaft, wherein the first storage part stores a fluid therein. |
