Summary:The present invention relates to a coupled torsion beam type suspension and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a coupled torsion beam type suspension having a torsion beam integrated with a torsion bar and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the coupled torsion beam type suspension uses a former unit having multiple roll formers and comprises: a step of forming a curved surface to make the center part of a torsion beam material protrude in a direction where both ends of the torsion beam material are bent while forming bent surfaces to make both ends of the torsion beam vertical at a right angle (S131); a step of pressing the curved surface of the torsion beam material until the curved surface passes a virtual line connecting both ends of the torsion beam after the step S131 (S132); and a step of making the curved surface protrude in the opposite direction of the bent surfaces by pressing the bent surfaces in a direction of facing each other until both ends are close to each other after the step S132 (S133).
