Summary:The present invention relates to a solar cell. The embodiment of the solar cell according to the present invention comprises; a substrate containing foreign substances of a first conductive type; an emitter unit which is located on a first side of the substrate and contains foreign substances of a second conductive type which is opposed to the first conductive type; a first electrode which is located on the first side and is electrically connected to the emitter unit; a rear side protection film which is located on a second side on the opposite side of the first side of the substrate and forms multiple holes; and a second electrode which is located on the rear side protection film and is electrically connected to the substrate through the holes formed on the rear side protection film. The second electrode comprises; a connection electrode located within the holes formed on the rear side protection film; and a rear side electrode layer located on the rear side protection film. An adhesive reinforcing film comprising at least one of intrinsic amorphous silicon (i-a-Si) and intrinsic micro crystal silicon (i-mc-Si) is additionally included between the rear side electrode layer and the rear side protection film.
