The present invention relates to radius fillers for composite structures, composite structures including radius fillers, and systems and method for forming the same. The systems and methods form base material for forming the radius filler and/or form the radius filler from the base material. To form the base material comprises to receive a plurality of length parts of a composite tape from a base material-forming structure by injecting the length parts from a composite tape source part; to constringe and/or combine the length parts inside the base material structure in order to make the base material; and/or picking the base material out of the base material-forming structure. To form the radius fillers from the composite structure includes to receive the base material from the radius filler-forming structure and to produce the radius fillers from the radius filler-forming structure.
