The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a composition including herbal medicines and vegetable powder and a rice cooking method using the same. In the powder pill processing step, the germinated crops, herbal medicines, vegetables and additives are pulverized into 20-200 mesh respectively, or processed into pills having 0.1-8 g of weight per pill. The manufacturing method of a composition including herbal medicines and vegetable powder according to the present invention has advantage to be provided as food capable of being taken conveniently by man and woman, and young and old in a nutrient effect, tastes and flavors as food as germinated crops containing bunch of active nutrients produced in the germination process, herbal medicinal materials including abundant medicinal ingredients, and vegetable materials having characteristic flavors and tastes are mixed with crops appropriately. The manufacturing method of a composition including herbal medicines and vegetable powder according to the present invention is able to minimize the destruction of active ingredients beneficial to the human body and to be preserved for a long time, which is able to drastically decrease the inconvenience and to improve the preservation in circulation and preservation, that conventional rice balls or laver-rolled rice have so that a market value is enhanced. The manufacturing method of a composition including herbal medicines and vegetable powder is expected to enhance the consumer satisfaction to the product as the product is able to be conveniently taken by defrosting without a separate cooking process when frozen-packaged.
