The system comprises: a first power supply; and a second power supply connected to the first power supply via a cable. The first power supply includes a first battery positioned on the water and charged by photovoltaic power generation and supplies the power of the first battery for surrounding underwater sensors and underwater nodes to charge the batteries of the underwater sensors and the underwater nodes.
