Summary:The present invention relates to a technique which expresses heterologous protein, desirably human protein from E. coli which does not include T7 RNA polymerase under control of a T7 promoter. More specifically, the present invention relates to a use of increasing expression of heterologous protein from E.coli which does not include T7 RNA polymerase using a vector including the T7 promoter and N-terminal HA tag sequence, to E.coli which includes the vector, and in which the expression of heterologous protein is increased without T7 RNA polymerase, to a method for expressing or preparing the heterologous protein using the E.coli, and to a method for analyzing functions of the heterologous protein. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for simply and rapidly diagnosing expression and toxicity inside cells of human genes using the vector.
