The present invention relates to a skin beauty device which comprises a surgical procedure on a face, preventing skin aging and removing wastes on the skin surface by using the ultrasonic vibrations with water. The present invention comprises; a vibrator bracket (4) having a vibrator (3) inside the hand piece (2) which has a separated protective cap (1); a first duct (5) for flowing in the water and a second duct (6) for discharging water on right and left sides of the vibrator bracket (4); an LED (8) for indicating the ongoing of operating by performing a sterilizing and a regenerating function on the whole sides of the vibrator bracket (4) at the same time. Another embodiment of the present invention comprises; multiple nozzles (10) inside the hand piece having a separated protective cap (1); an LED (8) on the up and down sides of the nozzles (10); wherein the water is flowed in and discharged to the left and right sides of the nozzles (10); for indicating the ongoing of operating by performing a sterilizing and a regenerating function on the whole sides of the vibrator bracket (4) at the same time.
