Summary: | According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a solar cell includes a step of preparing a semiconductor substrate; a step of forming a first layer including a first impurity of a first conductivity type in the semiconductor substrate; a step of forming an insulating layer on the first layer; and a step of forming a first electrode paste including a second impurity of the first conductivity type on the insulating layer; and a thermal process step of forming a first electrode by sintering the first electrode paste. In the thermal process step, a first impurity layer is formed while the first electrode penetrates the insulating layer. The first impurity layer has a first part of which doping concentration is higher than that of the first layer by diffusing the second impurity to the semiconductor substrate, and a second part of which doping concentration is lower than that of the first part. |
