Summary:A plurality of unit precast concrete (PC) columns manufactured in a unit length is used by being connected in a top down construction method according to the present invention so that the unit PC column is shorter and lighter than a single column corresponding to the depth of an underground construction layer. Therefore, the top down construction method can reduce construction costs by reducing a burden of equipment and facilitating transportation. Moreover, a first unit PC column is fixed by a holder after being inserted into a column insertion hole, and the equipment lifts and stands only a second unit PC column so that the burden of the equipment can be reduced.
