Summary:The present invention relates to a microfluid cell culture device for effectively culturing microorganisms or single cells, the manufacturing method thereof, and a culturing method of microfluid cell properly using the microfluid cell culture device. The microfluid cell culture device comprises: a plurality of culture chambers arranged at regular intervals; a fluid channel having a fluid passage connecting the culture chambers and connected from an inlet to an outlet through the culture chambers; a control valve for controlling the fluid flow of the culture chamber, arranged in the fluid channel of the entrance and exit of the culture chamber; and a porous thin film having a plurality of the surfaces of the culture chambers. The present invention may include a lower substrate to support the fluid channel while exposing the porous thin film of the surface of the culture chamber. In this case, an etching block produced by etching a silicon wafer is prepared as the lower substrate, the porous thin film covers the etched part of the lower substrate, and the culture chamber may be formed for the porous thin film located in the etched part of the lower substrate to form a floor surface. Therefore, the microfluid cell culture device can be properly manufactured based on a microelectromechanical system. [Reference numerals] (AA) Nutrient liquid
