Summary:The present invention relates to a cover for preventing the slipping of a tire of a vehicle which is surrounded by a snow chain with fabric. A synthetic resin pad in which a plurality of protrusions is formed on the outer circumference surface of the cover is attached to the cover for preventing the slipping of the tire of the vehicle. When the cover is manufactured with the fabric having durability, a contraction band is sealed in a circular opening unit; a connection band is attached to an outer opening unit; and the pad with rubber or the synthetic resin is attached to a plurality of points on the outer circumference surface of the cover. The present invention is provided to minimize the impact of the vehicle.
