Summary:The present invention relates to an oriented electrical steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same. Provided are the oriented electrical steel sheet and the method for manufacturing the oriented electrical steel sheet including: a step of re-heating a steel slab containing 2.0 to 4.0 wt% of silicone (Si), 0.020 to 0.040 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.20 wt% or less of manganese (Mn), 0.0055 wt% or less of nitrogen (N), 0.0055 wt% or less of carbon (C), 0.0055 wt% or less of sulfur (S), 0.01 to 0.15 wt% of stibium (Sb), 0.02 wt% to 0.075 wt% of phosphorus (P), remainder iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities at temperatures of 1050 to 1250 °C; a step of hot rolling the steel slab; a step of hot rolled plate-annealing the hot rolled steel plate; a step of cold rolling the hot rolled plate-annealed steel plate; a step of decarbonizing-annealing and nitrogen-annealing the cold-rolled steel plate; and a step of hot annealing the decarbonizing-annealed and nitrogen-annealing steel plates. The step of hot rolled plate-annealing includes: a primary crack step of heat-treating the hot rolled steel plate at the temperature range of 1000 to 1150°C; and a step of heating the hot rolled plate at a heating rate of 5 to 15 °C/sec up to the temperature of primary crack step. [Reference numerals] (AA) Rolling direction; (BB) Ideal {110}(001) azimuth; (CC) {110}(001) Actual azimuth escaping from the azimuth
