Summary:According to the present invention, a top-down method allows an underground structure and a surface structure to be simultaneously constructed and allows a PC column to be used without an extra column reinforcing work so that construction periods and construction costs are saved. The top-down method also allows the used PC column to be formed by placing fireproof concrete mixed with organic fibers so that high strength against a cross section in the PC column is obtained, and the weight of the PC column is reduced by reducing the cross section of the PC column. The top-down method also allows at least part of the PC column to be formed into a hollow part so that the weight of the PC column is reduced, and the PC column is easily used by selectively placing concrete in the hollow part in order to make the strength of the PC column suitable for a level required for a construction site. The top-down method allows a shear key to be installed at the lower peripheral surface of the PC column and allows at least part of the lower side of the PC column to be inclined downwards so that the PC column is firmly fixed to a post, and a contact surface between the PC column and the post increases in order to a weight transmitted from the PC column is firmly supported by the post, wherein the lower peripheral surface of the PC column is fixed to the post. The top-down method also allows an underground column to be lightened by longitudinally bonding a steel frame to the upper side of the PC column to form the underground column so that the burden of a crane used for lifting the underground column is reduced.
