The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a thermochromic window and a thermochromic window and, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of a thermochromic window and a thermochromic window which are capable of adjusting the penetration ratio of infrared light according to the temperature. In this regard, the present invention comprises: a step of coating a thin film on a substrate; a step of forming a pattern on the thin film; and a step of coating a thermochromic material on the thin film in which the pattern is formed.
