An electrosurgery device, which reduces an amount of fatigue that a doctor performing an electrosurgery experiences, comprises a hand piece provided with an adjustable multi-purpose conduit and the multi-purpose conduit is connected with the central unit of the hand piece. The multi-purpose conduit can include an electric cable and a smoke/liquid discharging hose. The hand piece can a channel system containing a part of the multi-purpose conduit in the inside thereof, wherein the channel system allows the docor to adjust the location on the hand piece where the multi-purpose conduit gets out of the hand piece. By adjusting the location on the hand piece where the multi-purpose conduit gets out of the hand piece, resistance to excercise of the electrosurgery device generated by the weight of the multi-purpose conduit can be reduced, and thereby, reducing fatigue of the doctor's hand when the docrod is performing the electrosurgery.
