Summary:Provided is a technology capable of transporting and storing fly ash to be used as a material for mixed cement, etc. without generating dust, and without using containing means such as an airtight silo, etc. After producing granulates which are hardened bodies of a composition composed of fly ash added with cement and water, the granulates are transported and stored. Further, the granulates preferably comprise gypsum and/or cement kiln dust. When using as a material for mixed cement or as a cement admixture, these granulates are pulverized to obtain fine powder having fly ash as the main ingredient.
